We’re looking for polished, personable, and proactive **Front Desk Associates** to be the first impression for every member and guest who walks through our doors.

**Role Overview**

As a Front Desk Associate at VimaLife, you are the heartbeat of the member experience — from warm welcomes to seamless support. You’ll create a concierge-level environment where clients feel known, supported, and inspired every time they visit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet members and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attentiveness
- Manage check-ins, bookings, memberships, and point-of-sale transactions
- Support daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is spotless and inviting
- Assist with new member onboarding and studio tours
- Coordinate with trainers, managers, and cleaning staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services, offerings, promotions, and studio policies
- Help uphold the premium aesthetic and culture of the brand
- Conduct opening, mid-shift, and/or closing walk-throughs of the entire club, ensuring facility is well-ordered, stocked and maintained
- Handle client feedback or issues with poise and escalate when needed
- Represent Vimalife at community and social events

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year experience in front-of-house, hospitality, customer service, or retail (luxury or wellness industry experience is a plus)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- A polished, warm, and engaging demeanor
- Passion for health, fitness, and providing world-class service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling, CRM, or POS systems
- Punctual, reliable, and solutions-oriented

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
