Our unique model of classes offers a high-intensity, full-body fitness workout while learning authentic techniques of Boxing and Kickboxing. 1MR One More Round is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate for our Queen West, Toronto location. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for overseeing lead contact and sales, customer service, action plans, membership retention, and gym cleanliness/sanitization. This is a sales focused position and thus our ideal applicant is strong and confident with their ability to sell gym memberships. You are confident nurturing a sale and following strategic sales processes to bring in new members. You are engaged, personable, motivated and locked in to ensuring our members achieve all of their fitness goals and continue to enjoy our services. If you have the following talents and personality, this job might be for you: - You are a born “Closer” who understand the “sales process”, to seal membership deals - You can confidently engage potential leads to come change their lives through our program. - You are a friendly face that is welcoming as customers come in, eager to assist and provide info. - You can handle administrative duties including membership registration, billing updates, and communication management. - You are highly motivated to make a difference in members’ lives, connecting and motivating them to reach and exceed their fitness goals for more month after month. - You have exceptional phone etiquette - You are able to multitask - Willingness to adopt multiple roles/"hats" if needed A typical day in the world of a 1MR One More Round Gym Operations and Sales Manager includes: - Jumping on incoming leads inquiries in a time-sensitive matter. - Strategically booking “Trial Classes” to ensure guests can be properly attended to before and after the “Trial Class”, adhering to our mantra of “Classes = Closes” - Following up with previous trials and leads - Daily sales planning to ensure goals are met - Exploring new ideas of lead and income generation - Support instruction team to provide best class environment for our members. - Implementing checklists with team members and Instructors to ensure optimal cleanliness and efficiency of gym operations - Navigate/ troubleshoot software demands - Ensure administrative and billing needs are met and membership sales are recorded **Requirements**: - Available to work between 30 to 44 hours per week, mostly Noon to Evening and Saturday Mornings. - Experience in Membership Sales an asset - Fitness, Boxing and/or Kickboxing experience an asset Awesome parts of this job include: - Competitive salary + Sales Bonuses - Growth and Development Opportunities - Great Energy working Environment - Complimentary (plus one) membership - Team building events - Employee Discount **Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time **Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week **Benefits**: - Store discount Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON M6K 0H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): - Do you have experience in boxing, kickboxing or MMA? **Experience**: - Direct sales: 1 year (required) - Work in Fitness Industry: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
