_Nella Food Equipment is looking for a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join their growing team The Project Coordinator/Estimator is an entry-level position performing tasks for_ various projects. It will be based out of our North York location, assisting and reporting to the Project Manager

**DESCRIPTION**:

- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers, general contractors and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling so that on-site members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
- Scheduling general contractor and trade meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and the trades throughout the project life cycle.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Reviewing and assisting with the estimator with project tenders to ensure the full scope of the project has been quoted
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
- Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
- Working directly with the PM to ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible.
- Complete purchase orders and procurement of materials and supplies for project
- Entering the sales order in the system with as much details as possible.
- Working with warehouse team to verify equipment during inbound equipment and again upon staging for delivery
- Build & maintain relationships within the department to help promote cohesion and fluidity between team members.
- Complete project tasks on time and budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Issue purchase orders based on the Scope of Work form, receive job costs, gather bills of lading and other related documents
- Prepare and submit reports to management as requested
- Develop spreadsheets and review reports

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years of Previous Project Management experience
- Superior communication skills (English/French preferable)
- Experienced with MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and be capable of managing multiple projects in various stages
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work in an ever changing fast-paced work environment
- Be engaged and enthusiastic about work and learning
- Post Secondary Education
- Experience within the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry is favoured

**PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES**
- Bachelors or Associates degree or the equivalent of training, education and experience
- 1-3 years of Previous Project Management experience

**Salary**: From $63,000.00 per year
