Company Overview: We are a reputable renovation supplies and services company specializing in flooring installation and stairs re-finishing. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in the position of Project Estimator, Coordinator, and Sales Representative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming leads and inquiries from potential customers interested in our flooring installation and stairs re-finishing services.
- Contact customers promptly and professionally to schedule free consultations at their premises, ensuring efficient coordination and timely follow-up.
- Utilize the training and tools provided to assess project requirements, measurements, and any specific customer preferences during the consultation.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, incorporating labor, materials, and any additional services as per the customer's specifications.
- Present the estimate to the customer, effectively communicating the scope of work, pricing, and timelines, while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Conduct negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Liaise with our installation team to schedule projects and coordinate their availability with customer preferences.
- Manage the procurement and delivery of necessary materials to the job location, ensuring they are accurate, in good condition, and arrive on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the project, promptly addressing any issues, changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution, providing timely updates and resolving any challenges that arise.
- Conduct quality checks upon project completion, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Consult with the installation team to address any minor fixes or adjustments required, ensuring the final result meets or exceeds customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers and effectively convey information.
- Proficiency in conducting negotiations, maintaining professionalism and focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sound technical knowledge related to flooring installation and stairs re-finishing, or a willingness to acquire such knowledge through provided training.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project requirements, calculating costs, and preparing comprehensive proposals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with installation teams, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer software and tools (EXCEL) for estimating, scheduling, and communication.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred but not necessary:

- Own a cargo van, truck or any vehicle that can be used to take materials to and from job sites
- Speak Cantonese or Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
