**About Us**:
We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our administration team in a maternity leave coverage position. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have experience with CDK, daily cash reconciliations, and bank deposits, we’d love to hear from you.

**Position Overview**:
As an Accounts Receivable specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely bank deposits, and performing daily cash reconciliations. This is a maternity leave coverage position for 18-24 months, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a strong background in automotive accounting and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Process and manage customer payments, including credit card payments, EFT and cheques.
- **CDK Experience**: Utilize CDK for invoicing, customer account management, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Bank Deposits**: Prepare and process daily bank deposits in compliance with dealership procedures.
- **Daily Cash and Credit Card Reconciliations**: Perform daily cash and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
- **Monthly Bank Reconcilition**:Perform and reconcile monthly bank statement.
- **Filing & Documentation**: Organize and maintain all financial records, ensuring that documentation is up to date and easily accessible for internal and external audits.
- **Customer Communication**: Resolve customer payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Support Other Accounting Functions**: Assist with month-end close processes and any reports or tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Prefer working knowledge of CDK, or similar dealership management systems (DMS).
- Experience with daily cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $40,993.82-$50,000.00 per year
