**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in administrative support or telemarketing; real estate experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
