High Efficiency: Experienced commercial realtors can double‑end 70%‑90% of listings with our superior marketing system. Administrative Support: Full assistance with listing uploads, brochure production, deal sheets, commercial CMAs, proposals, title document pulls, signage coordination, and other administrative tasks. Office Options: Multiple office locations and virtual office access for flexibility and remote support in smaller cities. Training: One‑on‑one coaching from top commercial realtors in Calgary and Edmonton. Tech Tools: CRM, listings & transaction management, communications, and contract signing tools to streamline your workflow. Agents' Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.‑5 p.m. Build Your Own Team: After two years of proven sales records, agents can recruit and build a team to expand their business. Qualifications Licensed Commercial Realtor in Alberta (RECA) or British Columbia (BCFSA) with a minimum of 2 years of full‑time residential or commercial sales experience. Successfully closed at least 4 transactions within the past two years in an Alberta or British Columbia brokerage. Minimum of 15 years of full‑time work experience, with at least 2 years in Alberta or British Columbia, regardless of industry. At least 2 years of residential and/or commercial real‑estate sales experience. No real‑estate experience required if you are a licensed professional with a minimum of 15 years of work experience in Alberta or British Columbia (e.g., teachers, engineers, doctors, surveyors, accountants, lawyers). Full training will be provided. Ability to handle high volume paperwork and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Team player capable of collaborating with affiliates to achieve mutual benefits. One reference from Alberta or British Columbia with a minimum of two years of real‑estate related working experience is required.
