is a 90-day, repeatable real estate training program built by the BRIX Real Estate Group.

Our mission is simple: help new agents

BRIX Foundations
is a hands-on, bootcamp-style program designed to eliminate guesswork and help new agents launch with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

This is not a job with a brokerage.

This is a paid training and development program
built for new realtors who want a strong start.

Open to:

  • Pre-licensed candidates
  • Newly licensed agents
  • Agents with 0–10 transactions
  • Agents from
    any brokerage or team

The program is facilitated by active industry professionals and focuses on
real-world execution
, not theory.
