**VP, Sales**

**Who You Are**:

- A passionate and strategic sales executive with proven success leading B2B sales teams, preferably within technical or industrial sectors.
- A strong communicator who can inspire, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team.
- Someone who thrives on building long-term customer relationships and can quickly understand customer needs and market opportunities.
- Experienced in developing and executing national sales strategies to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Able to leverage data and KPIs to drive performance while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a hands-on leadership style.

**What Will You Do?**
- Lead and mentor the national sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with BHD’s goals and market potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Represent BHD at key industry events and client meetings to elevate our brand presence.
