ZTR is looking for a driven and organized** Program Delivery Manager** to join the team This role's primary focus will be on developing, executing, and managing our program success services for major Railways.

**As the Program Delivery Manager, you will**:
- Manage and execute Program Success Services for major, global railways.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze data from ZTR and non-ZTR sources to develop client reports and actionable insights aligned with client’s goals.
- Plan and execute cadenced customer reviews, reporting to various stakeholders within client organizations.
- Perform and organize ongoing analysis to support program success.
- Assist in defining and growing success services to ensure consistency across programs and maximize client value.
- Support account management and sales efforts through strengthen relationships leveraging data to drive opportunities and account growth.
- Consolidate and clearly communicate voice of customer and industry to product management team.
- Work closely with engineering and technical services teams as necessary to support with client’s technical challenges and identify product opportunities.
- Execute data driven product pilots.
- Work with key technical stakeholders (Suppliers & Partners, Engineering, Railway IoT, Commercial, MarCom, Quality Assurance and Technical Support) to drive account success and product and service development.
- Work closely with MDT to ensure your expertise and knowledge is used for new product and service development.
- As requested, present and promote Rail products and services through participation in Marketing, customer meetings, design reviews and proposal discussions (some travel expected)
- Drive recruitment and management of supporting cast as required to achieve outlined goals
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent within a relevant field
- 3+ years of Project Management/ Program Management
- 3+ years of related experience
- PMP designation is an asset
- Knowledge of electronics, sensors, communication systems, industrial equipment and back office technologies
- Skilled in driving and managing strategies for product portfolios while working with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing projects under tight time and/or budget constraints
- Self-driven, innovative, customer centric
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the U.S and internationally
