As a Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Your ability to effectively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and provide exceptional service will contribute to the success of our organization. If you are passionate about customer retention, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

The hours for this position are as follows:
Mon - Fri from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation: $18/Hour. Possibility to earn up to $25.00 or more per hour

Paid Training

We require:

- Outstanding phone presence
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Sales Skills
- Retention Knowledge

Our office is located downtown Hamilton.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8P 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer retention: 1 year (preferred)
