$18/Hour + commission

Paid Training

We require:

- Outstanding phone presence
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Sales Skills
- Retention Knowledge

Our office is located downtown Hamilton.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (required)
- Customer retention: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Hamilton, ON L8P 1H1 (required)
