We are looking to add experienced full-time Outbound Sales/Retention Representative to our growing team

The hours for this position are as follows:
Mon - Fri from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation: $16/Hour + based on performance up to $25.00 per hour

Paid Training

We require:

- Outstanding phone presence
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Sales Skills
- Retention Knowledge

Our office is located downtown Hamilton.

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L8P 1H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound sales: 2 years (preferred)
