AdWEAR + PromoSTUFF is currently looking for an **Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk **to join us working in our hybrid work setting - from home and Toronto office setting in the future**.**
New graduates are welcome to apply. QuickBooks experience is preferred.

- Highly competitive annual compensation of $38K - $45K
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
- 1-2 years of experience in Quickbooks online
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication both written and verbal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cool under the pressure of shifting priorities while still meeting deadlines

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk**
- Generating and sending invoices to customers
- Inputting bills received by suppliers and ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Following up on overdue payments and resolving any issues with customers
- Reconciling customer accounts and identifying any discrepancies
- Matching purchase orders to supplier bills and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing and issuing payments to suppliers on a timely basis
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Providing support to other departments as needed
- Update and maintain CRM database (SAGE Online)
- Provide creative, superior solutions to ensure “best in field” customer support
- Consistently increase customer awareness of our products and services
- Participate in special projects and unique sales events
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
