We are currently looking for a full-time **Administrative Assistant **for our team.

This role focuses on providing administrative support to the tax team, while also providing backup and support to the rest of the administrative team and office. Some key areas of responsibility for this role include:

- Providing general administrative support to the tax team, which includes: Setting up new tax clients within the appropriate programs, including personal tax and corporate tax clients; Assisting with collecting, processing, and organizing client information, including client follow-up to gather signatures, and preauthorizations, work to come in, etc.; Uploading and maintaining information on client portal, ensuring various tax returns are e-filed and updated in related programs; Drafting and preparing invoices; Communicating with CRA on behalf of the firm and clients; Assisting the tax team with CRA assessments for our clients, including tracking assessments and ensuring completion
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Providing backup and support to other administrative team members, including reception

**_Qualifications and Skills_**
- Related post-secondary education in administration or business.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing administrative support in a professional environment.
- Customer or client service experience is an asset.
- Strong technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Key personal competencies include a keen attention to detail, natural organization skills, and strong communication skills.
- Professional demeanour.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
