**POSITION DETAILS & SUMMARY**:
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic problem solvers with a passion for delivering a great customer experience. Our Scarborough office is located near the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 neighborhood on Milner Ave. Full training is provided and paid for.

**SCHEDULED SHIFT**:
**Full-Time**

**Monday to Friday** - _Must be willing to work flexible hours between 8:30AM and 8:00PM_

**Saturday and Sunday** -_Must be able to work from 10:00AM to 6:00PM_

**COMPENSATION**:
$15.50 plus retention bonus of $1.35 for every hour worked upon contract completion.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and call quality during every customer interaction.
- Accurately input, retrieve and access information regarding a customer case from a computer system.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns immediately and effectively.
- Display professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Quickly and correctly answer product questions. Has full knowledge of features and benefits of products and services. Seeks to stay informed of program changes.
- Assumes other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

**PREREQUISITES**:

- At least 6 months experience within a customer service environment.
- Strong command of French and English language.
- Able to quickly adapt to job changes.
- The ability to work well with others.
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing work assignments.

**EDUCATION**:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.

**LANGUAGE**:

- French (required)

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.85 per hour
