**AMSTED DESIGN-BUILD** is in search of an Office Administrator Extraordinaire

We require an _experienced_ office administrator to work out of of our Brockville Living Room. This is the creative hub of our operations in Brockville and the surrounding areas, where our management, design and construction teams bring award-winning ideas and concepts to life

The position will contribute to the overall administration efforts of our company, working closely with every team, supporting development, construction, human resources and marketing. Primary responsibilities include:

- maintaining the company databases and producing written processes as needed,
- relationship building with construction subcontractors,
- creating reports and meeting templates for department managers,
- assistance for client communications and schedule for warranty process,
- liaising with external administrative contractors and suppliers,
- supporting paperwork and filing needs of the company,

Skills and tools YOU will need to be successful with us:

- Incredible customer service (our customers need to feel your smile through the phone)
- Administrative experience in a support role (your position is important to the overall success of the various teams)
- Ability to have a laugh now and then (we like to have fun)
- Detail oriented (extremely important)
- Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Database/software management (some data entry)
- Superior organization: workplace documents (electronic and paper), service tickets, and customer communication.
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Ability to represent and promote your self and the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Solid computer technical skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new programs (BuilderTrend)
- Reliable transportation (City buses to not pass our head office)
- Basic knowledge of construction will be seen as an asset
