- Prepare daily and weekly schedules based on priority and due dates
- Request availability from client
- Schedule and dispatch service technician
- Maintain and update status of service tickets
- Plan workloads
- Track schedule fulfillment
- Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and co-workers
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- 3 years Coordinator experience
- Project Management experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Time management skills and stress-management techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
- French an asset
- Understanding of Audio Visual an asset
