Training Center Coordinator

Our Campus Training Department's fire team is looking for a coordinator for a minimum of 2 months, 35 hours per week.
To be more precise, we are looking for an octopus Sailing calmly and steadily, the octopus can handle multiple clerical tasks in parallel.
From managing registrations to invoicing to providing impeccable customer service, the coordinator must have excellent communication skills in both French and English.

**A glimpse of your daily routine**:

- Respond to customer requests for training offered by the organization;
- Update all of our operational platforms on a daily basis with regard to registrations received from various channels
- Define the nature of the services required, select external suppliers according to needs;
- Manage the logistics of the training calendar;
- Communications (collaborate with marketing team, internal and external trainers);
- Manage training registration and billing (change of registration and follow-up).

**Your background**:

- Experience in coordination and customer service (a plus);
- Experience with a training management system (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French;
- Ability to navigate different computer systems.
