_**Small Appliance Repair Shop Service Coordinator**_

Repair Shop Service Coordinator at our Vancouver Chinatown Branch

Forum Home Appliances is an established yet fast growing retail, wholesale, and repair shop for name brand kitchenware and small appliances, with three retail branches in Metro Vancouver.

We are looking for a motivated Repair Shop Assistant to provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to our clients and customers. We repair all makes of Small Kitchen Appliances, and this position will be in charge of coordinating the order of repairs, assisting technicians with parts search, testing the repaired product to ensure it meets company standards, and liasing with customers and manufacturers regarding repairs.

Permanent Full Time positions are currently available for our branch in Vancouver, BC.

Ability to speak in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset.

Previous experience is an asset but not required.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to speak in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset.
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Cantonese (required)
