Details:
Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Vancouver, BC

Industry: Administrative and Construction

Pay Range: $48,000.00-$55,000.00

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the phone, direct calls, and engage with consumers to generate incoming leads.
- Schedule service visits and book customers with the service team.
- Schedule site visits for the service manager.
- Open electrical permits
- Schedule and coordinate inspections with the appropriate authorities.
- Coordinate projects with the service manager for the service team
- Coordinate material procurement for the service team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years Office Administration Experience
- Experience in the industry of Construction would be an asset
