**Responsibilities**:

- A main focus of the position will be the booking of Weddings from start to finish (client introduction, tour, booking and planning, day of execution)
- Conduct property tours and participate in exhibitions, industry and community events to promote facilities and services
- Negotiating prices and preparing meticulous BEOs & Floorplans.
- Planning menus and overseeing venue, equipment, food, and final services
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests.
- Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment for events.
- Collaborate with the team to develop event concepts and promotional materials.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, and breakdown.
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities are executed smoothly.
- Provide exceptional guest services and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate services and prices to maximize revenue and profitability

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in event management or related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant, hospitality, or hotel industry.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events.
- Proven ability to upsell services and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to adapt event strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
