**This position is on-site at our offices in Victoria on Vancouver Island.**

**About the role**
As a successful Operations Administrator, you will manage Farm to Garden accounts, billings, invoicing, and scheduling in an efficient manner. You will coordinate between customers, operational staff, and general manager to provide a timely and excellent service. You are the main point of contact for internal and external communications that relate to daily operations. You enjoy being on the constant search for process improvement. **What you’ll be doing**
- Reviewing, preparing, and sending billing information for the accounting department weekly and monthly
- Taking payments, updating customer files, being the main point of contact for account holder inquiries
- Monitoring the main phone line, booking deliveries, and answering customer questions
- Collecting, organizing, and communicating information regarding FTG KPI’s progress to the general manager
- Providing clerical support to the general manager
**What we’re looking for**
- Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
- 1+ year in administrative or similar office role is required
- Analytical skills are an asset (financial & operational data)
- Office 365 Proficiency is required, intermediate excel is an asset
- Understanding the nuances of scheduling software and point of sale system is an asset
- Understanding of agricultural & landscaping operations an asset
- Additional business courses or experience an asset
- Strong willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to be trained and implement unfamiliar software or processes
- Ability to communicate with variety of personalities, both internally and externally
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to delegate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
