We are presently seeking an Office Administrator for our Regina, Saskatchewan branch. The Office Administrator is responsible for general administrative duties in the office as well as providing support to various jobsites across Saskatchewan.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Enter daily timesheets from various jobsites and submit to Payroll weekly.
- Receive hire and termination packages from sites, verify for accuracy, and send to corporate office for processing.
- Weekly submission of rental LEMs.
- Verify, code and track invoices using Alusta program.
- Generate POs, receive and process with corresponding invoices.
- Review monthly vendor statements, and month end reporting.
- Cheque requests.
- Assist with fleet lists, required maintenance, vehicle registration and insurance updates.
- Process Driver Abstracts and maintain approved Driver List in accordance with company policy.
- Entering of requisitions.
- Maintain employee lists with terms of service to calculate lay-off notices.
- General administrative duties such as ordering supplies for the office and various job sites, sorting mail, file keeping, answering phones, and other various duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative/office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment with competing demands.

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
