**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

**Skills preferred, but not mandatory**:

- General understanding of project management documents - contracts, permits, etc.
- COR familiarity - we are looking to obtain our COR through SCSA
- CRM experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with staff and clients.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is necessary for daily operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
