The O’Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a “can do” attitude to fill the position of RV Customer Warranty /Service Advisor in our O'Connor RV Service Department.

**General Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Writing service orders for customer and warranty claims
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting customers, receiving customer and vehicle information.
- Greets customers, schedules appointments, and receives vehicle information.
- Listens to requests of the service desired and explains the repair.
- Generates profit by selling service, repairs and parts.
- Estimates the cost and time needed to do the repair.
- Handles customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction standards.
- Promotes service facilities to encourage repeat business.
- Checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer when technicians discover additional problems; gets customer approval to do any additional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed.
- Assist in maintaining the technician dispatch system and job scheduling.
- Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Any warranty administration/ service advisor experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

**Compensation**
- Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

- Provide estimates for services and explain them to customers
