The O'Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a "can do" attitude to fill the position of Automotive Service Advisor in our O'Connor RV Service Department.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care
  • Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
  • Provide repair estimates and explain recommended services
  • Keep customers updated on their vehicle's status throughout the repair process
  • Build trust and long-term relationships through honesty and excellent service

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service
  • Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean Drivers Abstract
