The O'Connor Group is actively seeking an energetic, eager to learn individual who is dedicated, and customer focused with a "can do" attitude to fill the position of RV Sales Consultant in our O'Connor RV Sales Department.

General Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Selling new and used RV's and campers
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicating with customers and responding to online inquiries.
  • Focus on the selling process.
  • Ability to network, follow-up on customers and prospects.
  • Comfortable with Cold calling.
  • Attain and then exceed your Sales Goals set by yourself and the management team.
  • Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Any Sales Experience is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the PBS Dealer Management System is a definite asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Great attitude, personable, courteous and outgoing personality.
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate and organized.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Ability to handle stress and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with good time management and organization skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and a desire to set and achieve personal goals.
  • Valid VSA License (or willing to obtain license)
  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean Drivers Abstract

Compensation

  • Industry leading Commission based pay structure.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, driver's abstract in order to qualify for employment.
