**Key Requirements**:
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of warranty claim submission preferred
- Valid BC Drivers License is required
- Knowledge of related in-house dealership computer systems, an asset
- Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge
