Escape Trailer is looking for an **aftersales experienced individual** to join our team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to lead a team. The Service Supervisor should have experience in service, parts, and warranty, and have the ability to multitask. You will be involved in customer follow up and support, recording information on sales and delivery, and issuing warranty service and parts requests, as well as employee training, evaluating and ensuring efficiency, and enforcing policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. Experience as a supervisor/leader in a manufacturing environment is required.

**As a Service Supervisor your role includes**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of RV service technicians to deliver high-quality service, repairs, and work orders.
- Schedule and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all jobs.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of trailers to identify issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed according to Escape specifications and industry standards.
- Review customer service requests, provide labour estimates, and communicate repair needs and timelines.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and tools, ensuring proper stock levels for all repairs.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians, conducting inspections when necessary.
- Manage warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with Escape’s warranty department.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints, providing solutions and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Ensure the service department adheres to safety regulations, keeping the work environment safe and organized.
- In the future, you may be asked to track metrics such as job completion time, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Stay current on RV technology, repair techniques, and industry trends to provide effective leadership and technical guidance.

**Experience**:

- +5 years working in manufacturing or dealership environment
- +2 years of experience working in supervisor/leader position
- Good understanding of the industry considered an asset

- Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
- Communicating effectively with Senior Leaders, other Supervisors, and Team Members
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work.

- Knowledge & experience in the RV industry
- Fluent in English
