We proudly hold the Great Place to Work certification, and it is our mission to continue to empower our employees by providing them with a workplace where it's great to work. **The Opportunity**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate brand collaborations, PR opportunities, and sponsorships for athletes. - Oversee gifting programs, managing inbound requests and sourcing new opportunities. - Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, contract tracking, and CRM record maintenance. - Manage athlete calendars, ensuring alignment with sponsorship commitments and key events. - Support campaign execution, overseeing logistics, contract fulfillment, and performance tracking. - Conduct industry research to identify emerging trends, new talent prospects, and sponsorship opportunities. - Track social media trends, assist with content creation, and monitor athlete engagement. - Identify potential brand partners, conduct outreach, and support negotiation efforts. - Stay ahead of sports marketing trends, helping shape strategies for talent and brand partnerships. **Qualifications**: - Recently graduated with a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Strong interest in the sports industry, through school programs, sports clubs, internships, or relevant extracurricular activities. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills: able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and exceed expectations. - Go-getter mentality: you take initiative, are not afraid to ask questions, and look for ways to add value. - To that point, you are a natural relationship-builder who enjoys networking, making and nurturing connections. - Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and stay on top of industry trends. - Prior experience in hospitality (restaurants, customer-facing roles) is a strong asset Proving adaptability, communication, and the ability to work under pressure. - Bonus: experience editing Instagram and TikTok content. **Perks** - At Dulcedo, we break the mold by offering Unlimited Vacation.
