The Role At A Glance Our Sports team is growing and excited to welcome a new Athlete Manager to the family This role plays an instrumental part in executing athlete partnerships and sponsorship strategies while building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our roster. Working closely with their assigned Agent and reporting to their Team Lead, the ideal candidate is a proactive go‑getter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong eye for athlete branding, and excels at relationship‑building. This position offers a true 360‑degree view of athlete representation – from day‑to‑day management to strategic brand positioning – and provides hands‑on exposure to how we support our athletes and operate as a top‑tier Talent Management Agency in North America. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sports marketing and talent management within a dynamic, collaborative team Your Role in Action Coordinate brand collaborations, PR opportunities for athletes; including campaign execution, overseeing logistics, contract fulfillment, and performance tracking Oversee gifting programs, managing inbound requests and sourcing new opportunities Support athletes with basic social content needs, including light editing of Instagram and TikTok videos to help optimize visibility and brand alignment Assist in athlete brand strategy & creating social media plans.
