We’re looking for a dynamic and reliable professional who’s ready to take charge of the front desk and be the friendly face and voice of our Westboro real estate branch office.
This is more than a receptionist role—it’s the heartbeat of our team, where your exceptional communication, multitasking, and tech skills will shine every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first friendly voice our clients hear—answer phones, take messages, and forward calls like a pro
- Greet office visitors with warmth and direct inquiries to the right place
- Keep our office running smoothly by managing our inbox and digital filing systems
- Maintain and verify property listings using platforms like Matrix, Realm, NexOne, and ShowingTime
- Communicate with listing & buying agents to ensure all forms are complete and up-to-date
- Coordinate courier services when needed
- Take charge of daily office open/close procedures
- Tackle other tasks assigned by your supervisor
What You Bring to the Table:
- A positive, professional demeanor and top-tier people skills
- Confidence working independently and juggling multiple tasks
- Incredible phone etiquette and polished communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Comfort with office tech—computers, printers, scanners—you name it
- A knack for staying cool under pressure in a busy environment

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
