**Job Summary**

Small casual office environment, Health Care related group of companies.

**Duties**:

- Bookkeeping - journal entries
- Payroll
- Handle bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis
- Statement generation - T2
- Tax filing
- HST remittances
- Invoice generation (internal cross-company)

**Experience**
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Excel
- Experience in an environment with many small businesses
- Experience with inter-company transactions
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
