**Position Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Status**: Part-time

**Hours: 24** Hours/week

**Department**:Information Technology Services

**Campus/Location**:North Campus - Hybrid model (a mix of home and in-office workdays)

**Hourly Rate Range**: $25.41 - $31.77

**What you will do**:
Under the general direction of the Director, IT Client Services the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing confidential office and administrative support for the IT Client Services management team, supporting the development and tracking of operational budgets, processing and reporting on Service Billing and Chargebacks for the college, developing and maintaining reporting dashboards for processes across the IT Client Services portfolio. The IT Client Services team is made up of the Director, IT Client Service, Manager, Client Service, Manager, Technical Support Services and Manager, AV Design, Integration and Support.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Creating and tracking both operational and capital budgets
- Processing and reporting on Service Billing and Chargebacks for the college
- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings or events for our team
- Photocopying, faxing, supporting various committees, making travel arrangements
- Creating and maintaining dashboards

**What you bring to the role**:
**Education**

Three (3) Year Diploma/Degree in business administration or related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing Administrative Assistant support in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Planner - Power Apps would be a benefit)

**Skills**
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn the organizational structure and objectives of the team
- Team orientated philosophy
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contact
