**Job Summary**

About the company: Skyline and Rockbusters is primarily an oilfield transportation/delivery company. We deliver rig tools and equipment to shops in and around Edmonton and Nisku/Leduc. We also Deliver to numerous Rigs in Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC.

We are looking for someone with contacts not only with the Rigs, but with any companies and or industries who use hot shots.

There will be a salary plus a commission % on any new business you bring in and maintain.

We also offer a company vehicle for out of town or rig trips/visits.

The ability to be able to work out of town when needed is necessary.

We expect you to build relationships with these clients. Take them out for lunches. and bring in the business.

**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in Alberta's blue collar environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Direct, focused, motivated and results driven mindset is expected.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
