**Flaman Sales** has a great opportunity for you We currently have an opening for an experienced, friendly and ambitious **Credit and Collections Representative **to join our team This is a _**part-time **_position based out of our _**Nisku, AB **_location. _**Remote work not available.**_

**A typical day in this role will involve**:

- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to date records of correspondence with customers regarding past due accounts
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Collaborate with the accounting team to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Provide management with regular updates on overdue customer account status & collections
- Prepare and provide customer with documentation pertaining to outstanding accounts as needed (back-up)
- Posting payments in accounting software system
- Work diligently to achieve credit and collection targets & goals
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required

**Your skills and qualifications will include**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Experience in collections, accounts receivables and customer service (preferably 3-5years)
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Office 365
- Proficient with Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics (considered an asset)
- Experience with Business Vision/Spire Software (considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding organizational skills and effective time management
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solving and negotiating skills
- Attention to detail ensuring high level of accuracy
- A team player with a professional, positive “can do” attitude and good work ethic
- Valid Driver’s license and clean criminal record check
- Must have reliable transportation
