**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to lead business development efforts in the Alberta Region. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, is highly organized, and wants to be part of shaping our internal sales systems as we grow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Edmonton & surrounding area
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up and excellent service
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities
- Represent CJM’s full range of services, including crane rentals, transportation, rigging, engineering, and maintenance solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, efficient scheduling, and smooth project execution
- Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM system
- Play an active role in maintaining and improving CJM’s CRM process to streamline sales tracking, customer engagement, and pipeline management
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to leadership on competitive activity and opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, equipment rental, transportation, or industrial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using and helping develop CRM tools and processes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Knowledge of crane or rigging services is an asset but not necessary

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
