Eagle Inspection Engineering provides high-quality industrial inspection and NDT services. We work with engineering, construction, and industrial clients to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency. As we grow, we are looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Description:

We are hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to generate new business and manage client relationships in the engineering and NDT sector. This role is perfect for someone with experience in B2B sales, technical services, or industrial solutions, who thrives on high earning potential and has a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new B2B leads within engineering, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Present and sell Eagle Inspection Engineering services effectively.
  • Close deals and manage contracts from start to finish.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track activity and report on sales pipeline and results.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (technical/industrial services preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and client prospecting.
  • Experience in engineering, construction, or NDT sectors is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $44,820.39-$120,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nisku, AB
