**Job Summary**
This position will support a Stealth Healthcare company that has recently just been incubated. The founders are established healthcare entrepreneurs with global aspirations and a proven track record of raising over $50M and growing companies from 2 employees to 230 employees within 3-4 years.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support and report to senior management. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced professional with high attention to detail. This position is dynamic in which you will be managing several tasks, ranging from calendar management, customer service, social media support, research and logistics.
This position requires someone who can work full-time and has the ability to work in our South Surrey office a minimum of 3 days per week. Experience working in a startup environment would be an advantage. You will have the opportunity to help build the business, share your knowledge and ideas without going through a large chain of command, and work independently while supporting your executive team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the co-founders calendars.
- Research: market analysis, real estate expansion for new locations, software tools, and marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, attend meetings and record minutes.
- Document management - organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Monitor social media accounts.
- Enter data from documents, within time limits.
- Review data and ensure there are no errors.
- Maintain records and files with a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist the Business with operations, when required.
- Support with scheduling appointments, purchases, returns, research and bookings.
- Support with creation of processes and policies.
- Organize corporate and personal events when required.
- Spearhead innovation, changes and enhancement on special projects.
**Requirements**:
- 3 years experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
- A valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
**This position is NOT IDEAL for someone who**:
- Needs constant supervision and direction to complete tasks.
- Is not interested in learning or adding value to our high-growth projects.
**Additional Information**:
- This individual must live in British Columbia and be able to work in our South Surrey office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- 2 - 3 weeks vacation per year.
- British Columbia Driver's License and vehicle are required.
