We are proud to partner with Monark Group in their hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their CEO. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll act as the right hand to the CEO - ensuring schedules run smoothly, communication is streamlined, and top priorities are executed without friction. You'll also work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team to support the overall rhythm of the Executive Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, email, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Prepare and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Track follow-ups, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the CEO focused on top priorities
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners, including legal counsel and vendors
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Event & Office Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, offsites, and executive retreats
  • Oversee upkeep of the executive office, coffee bar, and boardroom areas
  • Support general office administration, including printing, filing, supplies, and courier services
  • Greet and host guests and visitors to the Executive Office
Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management
  • Manage personal appointments, errands, and family scheduling as required
  • Coordinate home maintenance services, vehicle servicing, and gift planning
  • Handle personal financial tasks such as deposits and petty cash tracking
  • Provide occasional transportation support (must have valid driver's license and vehicle)
Ad Hoc Projects & Special Assignments
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making
  • Assist with project coordination across business initiatives
  • Maintain and update business contact records, CRM entries, and digital files
  • Assist with special assignments and projects to support the CEO or executive team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
