**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings by gathering materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with Estimating department
- Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with phone systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong skills for managing documents accurately.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
