**Your days will include**:

- Working with vendor statements and reconciliations of accounts
- Supporting work for Accounts Payable
- Scanning and online filing
- Corresponding with external vendors and various internal parties and responding to inquiries
- Working with vendor invoices to push PDF documents into an online data base
- Other duties as assigned

**To succeed in this role you must possess**:

- Ability to work in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Ability to prioritize work
- Experience in an office setting or accounting an asset
- Minimum High School Diploma

Pay: From $20.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
