**Responsibilities**:

- Direct clients, staff, and guests to appropriate departments.
- Handle client contact lists, including database management.
- Manage office supplies and order catering as required.
- Prepare and file documents.
- Create and populate Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, and booking training requests.
- Receive and sort daily mail and assist with courier deliveries.
- Administrative support in the office as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate level skills in Excel are required to assist with day-to-day responsibilities.
- 2 + years experience working in the Oil and Gas Industry is highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work under pressure.
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, empathetic, and patient while dealing with clientele.
- Proactive and able to take on various administrative tasks.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
