Master Immigration Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Caseworker.

We are a well-known awarded boutique firm assisting clients for the last 15+ years.

We genuinely care about our clients. Do you have any experience in Canadian immigration? You are a newly registered consultant? An enthusiast in immigration?

We are looking for an honest, detail-oriented, well-organized up to date applicant with a positive attitude.

A professional & friendly communicator who is a self-initiator used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Must have excellent English language skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Assist with file management, including organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) for document creation and collaboration - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
