Vancouver, Canada Schlossky Immigration Solutions Inc. Full time

Schlossky Immigration Solutions Inc. is looking for a part-time (20 hrs per week) Immigration Assistant to join our quickly growing team. You will work out of our Robson St. office.

**What we are looking for**:

- **Knowledge of Canadian immigration is essential for this position. You have a minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience in a similar role**:

- **Completion of the Immigration Practitioner Program or current students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law**:

- Have an interest in Canadian Immigration and like to stay up-to-date on the latest news
- Proactive, self-starter, you can work with little supervision but also work well in a team environment
- You work well in a fast-paced environment, you work well under pressure and are good at prioritizing tasks
- You have a college diploma or a bachelors degree
- You have excellent communication and writing skills in English (good grammar and spelling are a must)
- Spanish speaking is considered an asset

**Your duties**:

- Stay up to date on immigration news and updates
- Provide general information to current and potential clients regarding the services we offer
- Assist our immigration consultant in filling forms, drafting letters and drafting submissions
- Creating and updating internal checklists and forms as needed
- Perform other general and administrative duties as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
