Ravens Immigration is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager with specialized expertise in Canadian Permanent Residency applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PR files end-to-end, ensuring compliance with IRCC regulations, maintaining high service standards, and supporting RCIC consultants. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently in a regulated environment.
Core Responsibilities
Permanent Residency Case Management
- Manage and process Permanent Residency applications, including:
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (Express and Non-Express)
- Spousal Sponsorship (Inside and Outside Canada)
- Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD)
- All other PR-related streams
- Assess eligibility and review supporting documents for completeness and compliance
- Prepare, review, and submit applications through IRCC online portals
- Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups with IRCC
Client Communication & Case Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the application process
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and within established timelines
- Explain immigration processes, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards
Administrative & Office Management
- Maintain accurate and organized client records (digital and physical)
- Perform general office administration related to case processing
- Coordinate internal deadlines, workflows, and document tracking
- Support RCIC consultants with case preparation, reviews, and compliance checks
Team Support & Managerial Functions
- Assist in overseeing daily file operations and workload management
- Guide junior staff or administrative team members when required
- Ensure adherence to RCIC and IRCC regulatory standards across all files
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Daily Duties
- Client communication and follow-ups
- File preparation, review, and submission
- Document verification and checklist management
- Internal coordination with consultants and team members
- Office administration and reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience handling Canadian Permanent Residency applications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Express Entry, PNP, Spousal Sponsorship, and related PR files
Skills & Competencies
- Strong typing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation
- Hourly Wage: CAD $21 – $24, based on experience and qualifications
Work Authorization
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
