We are an Immigration Consultancy Firm located in West Vancouver, BC providing legal services. In our Case Processing Department, we have an opening for a **part-time** Immigration Case Assistant. The Assistant will mainly assist the supervisor with writing letters, filling forms, checking materials, and proofreading documents.

Your duties will include
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements
- Organizing supporting documentation
- Corresponding with clients and other lawyers
- Other related duties as assigned

You should have the following skills and knowledge:

- 1 year experience in Immigration
- Fluent in Farsi and **English** (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
