We are seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth across North America. **Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with management to create a strategic sales plan to meet quotas
- Identify, contact, and qualify new leads as well as company-generated leads
- Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM
- Attend on-site client presentations, trade shows, and webinars
- Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously develop selling skills
**Must-Haves**:
- 2+ years of sales experience (Software, SaaS, or Digital Marketing)
- Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new technologies
- Strong client prospecting and communication skills (cold calling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service experience
- A positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset
**Nice-to-Haves**:
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of SaaS/CRM platforms

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends
**Additional Pay**:
Bonus and commission-based pay
**Experience Required**:
2 years of technology sales experience required
Work Location: In person (Toronto, ON) This is an in-office role with potential for a future hybrid work arrangement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation:
- Base salary of $50,000 - 70,000
- Typical commissions are expected to be $25,000 - 50,000
- Additional discretionary bonuses may be available to top performers
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M3J 0H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Tech, Software or SaaS sales: 2 years (required)

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
