As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions to service issues.Sourcing new business opportunitiesEnter intelligence gathered into our ARES and Trux systems for future follow up.Working with operations and administrative staff in a team environment but must be capable of working independently.Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.Work with sales team to call on all sales campaigns/promotions, new service launch and other sales related initiativesWhat We Need From You:Experience in high-volume Inside Sales/Customer Service preferredExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat You’ll Get From Us:Competitive WagesRetirement Plan with company match; let us help you save for your futureBenefits; Medical, Dental, VisionPerks, perks, perks Employee Assistant Program, Scholarship Opportunities for kids, Employee Stock Purchase PlanInsurance: Life, Short Term/Long Term Disability#ACSales
